Every time I try to insert the Bass Generator onto a track the programme crashes immediately. Was rather hoping that the mac version might be a little more stable than the PC version I was using before...oh well.

This prog has such great potential, if only it didnt crash so often.

I am using the latest mac version with mountain lion and a mid 2012 mac book pro.

I know about the Bass Generator crashing but strangly only in the version built for 10.7&10.8. The old build (same RC version) built for 10.6&10.7 did not crash.

How about this: I will send you a v2.0 release candidate in 2-3 days that you can use on OS X. I am sure this problem has been taken care of.
