Just tell her it's obvious she doesn't have a weight problem and get practicing that bass!

You're a star for laying it out for her like that. That's the kind of Dad I want to be. :)

Coffin Cases have gone for a different look than the last one I bought John :hihi:

and you bought that for L to test the waters some whenever it is not in use with a view to treating yourself to a bass. I give the electronics left in stock condition three months at best. Really hope that She sticks with it and becomes a good player and even pickup the guitar perhaps after awhile, Thats how I done it.

Actually it reminds me of the first decent instrument my Mum bought me, It was a used Dean 4-string active bass in a dark red/purple colour I got for combined birthday & christmas present when I was 15. Fond memories :D
Only that was over 15 damned years ago now. That makes me feel old now

Great stuff mate :tu: and all the best to everyone as always

Hey dude, I'm good appart from the Cameron regime hitting hard and our boilers fuct...So thats over 2k which we could of really done without. Ruins the mere thought of new gear. Still bar that I'm hoping to make it over before this month's out or the start of march.

Can't wait to hear what you've been brewing up John my friend :tu:

How about yourself? Hows life treating you?

Dean and Fam :)

Love the wood! Not a fan of the hardware, though. :(

Here is another one that I like, again, this was too expensive, but they are regarded highly and I want one with dropped tuning.
