Here is a little Telephone Concert for you, played with one Diversion patch, mainly driven by 3 independently timed step-MSEGs which control pitch and Bandpass Cutoff of each Oscillator, all modulations are done in real time using the x/y-pad:

Some epic strangeness with 3 new patches:

The MSEGs are still running out of sync - any plans on fixing this? Would be an important fix imo...

Here is what I'm talking about:
First 4 bars with the Logic Click on playing this MSEG with Osc 1:

and another test showing that the MSEGs also don't sync properly amongst each other using the MSEG above and this one for the low dive sound in Osc 3:

sound like this:

Hey Simon, I'll check that, soon I'll release the next update. BTW excellent sounds, thanks!

Great, thank's Dmitry!

Hello guys, I have released the next update 1.28. It is mostly about stability in Logic. Fixed crashes, sound dropouts and few other problems. So from now there should be no problems with the plugin on Macs, but if you find something let me know please.

Simon, I've been checking MSEG syncing, but unfortunately the issue has not been reproduced. I'll take a closer look yet.

Hi Dmitry and fellow Diversion users:

I noticed something strange. For the LEAD Guitar preset (I think?) at 96K, the different oversampling options give quite results with the delay tail (I think?) can anyone confirm? Or am I smoking something...
It's all about the wavelets. I dream of the perfect additive synthesis.
You can hire me if you are in Toronto! Contact for details.

Hi Dmitry, which DAW were you using when testing? It could be an issue just occuring in Logic, I haven't tested it on Studio One 2 yet, which is my other DAW. Any other Logic user here seeing the MSEG off-sync-problem? Or is it related to sample rate, I always work at 48 Khz. Must be reproducable on other systems somehow, it's not a random occurance here, the MSEGs are always off sync.

MSEG are running fine on WIndows version in Cubase. I used them on a couple dozens presets for my Divinity soundbank, and everything was fine, even in conjunction with the arpeggiator and setpseq.

A fine thing in Diversion, is that not only you can save/load your own MSEG templates, but you can also BROWSE THEM in place while playing. and this is especially cool when doing sound design.

 So a little tip for all those who want to use this : Just assign an MSEG to whatever destination you want ( dont forget to turn it on and set the ammount to a pos or neg value ) then open the MSE browser and try different ones until you find something the closest of the effetc you desire. Very powerfull feature. Dmitry has made a lot of basic very usefull ones, and you can also save the ones of Divinity, or whatever soundbank for Diversion, to make your library grow. ( And its much easier than designing your MSEG from scratch, wich can be rather long or painful )

All very true. What would help though, is to have a larger version of the MSEG in a new tab in the pop up preset window. Much like the waveform editor. That would make creating MSEG's a little less painful ;)

So the MSEG problem seems to be related to the loop point when using e.g. sequences which only have 8 steps and loop at step 9. When I edit the sequences displayed earlier in this thread to full 16 step sequences they play in sync.

Hey Simon, I just have created a test song in Logic with few Diversion instances playing MSEGs. Different timings and loops, but the sync is perfect. I tried different sampling rates, but it is OK also. I have sent you email, could you please check it for some details?

Hey schnapsglas, I tested LEAD Guitar, it sounds OK to me at 96K and different oversampling settings. Not sure if any problem is here

I sent you a mail with a preset which is off sync, that should explain the issue.

With the latest build I'm getting hanging notes sometimes when switching waveforms while holding a key, this is definitely a new issue with this build.
