That sounds like a sample of a classic late-80s techno stab over the main bass sound?
It might even be from (or based on) Inner City's track Good Life... or Nitro Deluxe's Let's Get Brutal? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2r1h2XmWXBI I bet you could Google up a WAV somewhere and experiment? |
