You see, listening to this song again I remember now. It was at night as the calming melody of the flute opened the door of my subconscious mind. The Trojan horse is quickly invited deep into my thoughts as I enjoy an Arabian carpet ride over the sands of Persia...by the songs end the seed was planted and all lived happily ever after. LMAO - it's all good bro. FrantzM wrote: mr.me wrote: ...by the songs end the seed was planted and all lived happily ever after. Or maybe not so happily. Polyslax call your lawyer! |

Love the piano on the original, especially the dissonant chords. Always a sucker for echo. Flute (or pan pipes ) is lovely.
The last synth sound is also great. The drums carry the whole track along well. |

Thanks a lot folks!
Daniel - there are most definitely software drums layered in there... the hihats I'm sure. The Machinedrum doesn't necessarily have mind blowing sounds, but the overall writing experience with it is a pleasure, and in this case the sounds created on the Machinedrum suggested the entire groove to me. Great video clip, btw, beautiful and calming, thanks. Last edited by polyslax on Sun Feb 24, 2013 4:47 am; edited 1 time in total |

Because the Machinedrum do have other sounds too, right ? However, it was the conjunction of bass and drums, which kicked me that much (( D )) |
