Oops, I'm sorry I missed writing a review for you. I did listen to your song and I must say it is quite the chilled ambience. Puts me in mind of Terre Thaemlitz circa 1995, but... it doesn't go anywhere. It's a loop. Rather a bunch of loops with different periods. You could argue that many songs are basically loops but I prefer a little obvious variety - a bit of asymmetry. Otherwise it becomes just a pattern. My guess is that you intentionally did that - hence the pretzel logic Thanks for the encouragement. Yes, this needs some expension and work, and I'll see if I can find out more about Terre Thaemlitz, who I don't know anything about! Loops and pretzels. Sounds like an excuse for a beer! |
