How does one get their products if they can't find the emails?

I have had much difficulty and sent an email but for no reply, I still own modelonia and emm knagalis, but I haven't used them for years for various reasons, and decided to load them up into Logic Pro, and can't find my emails or download links which I am sure would be dead now anyway. How does one go about this?

I guess they don't then. No answer to emails, and no answer here.

Doesn't Luigi have health problems? Maybe he is in treatment or has other things to do?

reminder:
Modelonia AU is still 32-bit only,
Knagalis AU 64-bit was beta but actually it's now ready to release ASAP
