It means that the offset will alternate between positive and negative with each new wobble. So for example, if Amplitude is 0% and Offset is 100% and Alternating is on, then this results in a positive top of 100% followed by a negative top of -100% followed by a positive top of 100% and so on. The freq values define haw fast these tops are reached and the curve defines how the value slides from a previous top to the next one. So whn you want a steady amplitude but a random timing, set Amplitude is 0% and Offset is 100% (or some other value).Breeze wrote:Just took a look: the new Wobble has a Curve, for changing waveshape (interesting!) and switch called "Alt Offset". What does it do?
Does this explain all?
Note that you can type the first character(s) of a plug to quickly find it in a popup list. And you can also use the find option in the Session Browser (set to the VST Plug-Ins) to quickly find VSTs.I have an obscene amount of plugins (including de-shelled Waves) and it's hard to find what I need quickly.
