It looks like a playground in here, which is a great way to attract kids with disposable income; unfortunately, this is also a great way to scare away serious devs and musicians.

I hope they don't bring back those advert strips, where you get half an ad down each side.
I found those very annoying, especially with text being shared between both strips.

I really don't understand what was so bad about the "old" kvr. Oh well, pretty soon I'll have lids like a cat to block the brightness

Not only temporary but very close to the default for phpbb3. Of course people tend to complain about the things they can see, but what really matters is what they can not see and without which they would see nothing at all.
