Is Cakewalk's support broken?

everytime I send an email no matter which department it says error and something about it being broken and to clear cache which I did but didn't make a difference trying different browsers didn't work such as chrome and opera.

yeah thing is I've contacted them in past and they always replied but now it's not even possible to contact them. This is the message I get no matter which department I send email

I just received a response today from Cakewalk Support (US) in response to a registration problem.
