Hi there

For Blue II , I've gone with 1,2,3,4 & 6 unison

1 - is no unison
2 & 4 are left & right panned
3 & 6 are left, right & center panned.

5 I've left out because I think I would have a voice hanging around :)

So thanks for the idea, hope you have fun with it in the new Blue II. At the moment, spent the last week or so, putting in all samples from Rob, there are some very cool sounding ones :)

Cheers

Jon

- another feature request -

An X/Y-pad to combine 4 presets and merge them.
Including possibility for automation.

Think that is a great feature of the FM8 that I'd like to have in Blue.
But not only in Blue.
Many synthesizers would benefit from that.
Predator II maybe...?

BLUE-II will be demonstrated at the upcoming NAMM show, so I reckon it won't be too long before it's out.

Be nice to see a retro bank (80s electro funk bass/leads) in this new Blue II.
That lovely fat squelchy sound u hear in break dance movies from the 80s...

I don't know why it's so quiet about Blue II here still, but I found this:

Lots of screen pics in the gallery below.

Wow! This looks superb!
If you had asked me how I would improve blue my answer would be -
add a proper fm matrix
double the number of fx slots
add an xy pad to manipulate at least 8 different parameters at once

Looks like job done (and then some). FM8 watch out!

You better believe it! ... seeing as BLUE II has a matrix as well (not only alg. FM). Can't say any more, NDA ;)
