Now I have been playing around with variations of Bob's search suggestions and surprisingly it did yeld quite a bit of stuff I never came across before. Great line of thinking Bob! :tu:

Here goes what I found:

Then there is this Atari Crusher which I don't have and whose link is dead:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EpsydevE7PI&feature

It's possibly on the Mega website but Mega doesn't let me access the link cos it says I've got an outdated browser (only website in the world who does this :x ) and I can't use any supported browser cos they don't run on my vintage system so I'd appreciate if someone could reupload somewhere else in case this link actually works (or if someone has it already):

Can't find any of the plugs listed in the link below apart from the Mr Robots one I already have so if you've got any of them I'd appreciate an upload too:

Cheers guys.

not free, but 528 plugins for a donation is quite a good deal! some wacky experiments from sir sicksik...

Two questions comes to mind

Has he 528 plugin he made himself ?
Does he sell other people`s plugins ?
Is there anyone tried this ? (the link is 5 month old)

Ok it was three, but nobody expects the spanish inquisition

Post

yes sir sicksik has been making plugins over there for yonks,he's a clever guy,not bad man, good man,i try today and all great/wierd shit.
seriously though,i have collected a lot of his freebies over the years, but not 528,so even though his new sight maybe gonna offer some up for free,i though i'd support him and get then all in one bundle and i had some good fun today.and being sorted into categories helps,as most have no manual,it's good to have an inkling what your dealing with.
if you search on that forum, you'll probly find some still up there, some other guys too which are experimental and interesting.

non VST: (so far) looking at Styles eg: Yamaha PSR k/bs, also QY sequencers
(specifically, ways of getting user midifiles into *.sty files easily for xfer into
QY70 etc.>> a *.sty is a midifile with markers in it to split it into 6 sections:
intro/mainA/mainB/fillAB/fillBA/ending, eg: six midi patterns sharing the same
voice/mix assignment, and using 8 midi channels (other 8 are for song mode,
linear, non-looping tracks)
styles are usually pretty schlocky and very slick/fantastic GM creations-unfortunately
you can't overwrite the factory bank in the QYs etc - that you have to get past to get
to the user memories - and then some very arduous+timeconsuming button pushing..
but much fun to be had jamming the results. very capable machines. want to try
creating midifiles in eg: Orion and loading them as 'phrases arrranged in styles.
if you're interested in that kind of thing...

(or search yamaha style software/google)
maybe these ones are worth closer look
