Can you explain the process to get the filters to self-oscillate - using Sylenth.. or any synth for that matter?
*just turning up the resonance doesn't seem to work for me.

ok i think i got spire to self oscillate.
so far i know Diva is able.
but i agree its not possible with sylenth1, i have tried lot of times and there is nothing in the manual about it either - so sylenth1 isnt able to self oscillate.

basic idea is crank the resonance..
adjust filter cutoff to taste.. basically tuning the sinewave generated by the filter.. then on the synth turn key tracking on in the filter.. if it has this function.. most synths do..
then as you play up and down the keyboard the filter cutoff will follow your playing

If Sylenth1's filter isn't self-osciallting, you can always mimic it by adding a little bit of noise, cranking up the resonance, turning on key tracking, and play the filter. Won't be a pure sine wave then though, obviously, as noise is added.
