Some very nice fingering technique reborn579.
What brand bass are you playing? I can pick out Fenders, but doesn`t sound like a Fender.
- EDIT - From your picture @ Soundcloud I see it is a Fender.
Sounds more like a J-Bass then a P-Bass at the ending, but still is hard for me to sort it out.
- EDIT II - I see now!

well, it's a jazz bass, but it's not a fender, it's a harley benton. it cost me 100 dollars.
but you know, the bass tone is all in your fingers more than anything, and the amp. and here i'm using guitar rig, with bass pro amp and two cabinets and just a little compression.

That`s a good price for a Jazz Bass copy.
That`s a huge part of the sound, yes. My fave J-Bass sound comes from the fingers of Miroslav Vitous through a Ampeg hb-15 on the 1st 3 Weather Report LPs.but you know, the bass tone is all in your fingers more than anything, and the amp.
