Hello,
can anyone give me a link or something to read about dB in DAWs? Why is -10 dB Louder than 0? Whats the relation? I hope you know what i mean!

-10dB is quieter than 0dB. wikipedia article will give you enough information.

-10dB RMS can be louder than 0dBFS peak maximum (where the RMS level can be -14dB).
So of we assume that the -10dB are the average loudness level, and 0dBFS are the maximum peak - then we know "why" this is the case.
Else, it's just a guessing game.
