Wich one do you think is the best please?

Thanks

Hey Burillo!

I ask to those who have them and they already use. From the demos I can not tell wich is the best one!

Thanks

well, i've heard good things about all three, but i own only Orange Tree one. I think it's lovely, but i couldn't quite get realistic (to my ears) chords strumming no matter how hard i tried. I also own Pettinhouse Acoustic Guitar 2.0, which isn't as technically advanced as the ones you mentioned, but sounds quite good, AND has IMO by far the most realistic strumming i've heard in a virtual acoustic guitar.

the Ample Sound offer limited demos, so you can download it and try for yourself. they also offer pretty extensive videos on how to use it, so you can make up your mind judging by the demos. i've watched them all (Ample Sound, that is), and i think that while conventional guitar sounds are great, the strumming sounds fake and unrealistic (mainly because of unrealistic decay of strummed notes). It may be improved by the gazillion of configuration sliders they have on their VI, but i never tried.

Ilya Efimov i don't know much about, but he offers separate instruments for strumming and solo work, so maybe IE guitars have strumming figured out. the demos aren't that revealing though, so i can't say for sure. i'm planning to pick up the strum version sometime later to see if it offers anything Pettinhouse guitar doesn't in terms of strumming realism, but that's about as much as i know about Ilya Efimov guitars.

TL;DR i have no favorite, because i haven't tried them all, and because amongst the ones i own each seem to excel in different things.

You could do a lot worse than have a look at the Indiginus Acoustic Guitar Collection

Strumming is always a tough one. Frankly, if all you want is acoustic strumming, Kontakt's included AKKORD guitar is the best. It's actually thousands of full chords sampled and programmed with various strumming patterns. The latest version is a bit cut down from the original in (Kontakt 3?). If you can find the original version, I'd recommend it. But the current one is very good too.

Of the others you mention, I personally love Orangetree's EAG. Very robust and clean. For something a bit different, I would also check out their bottle slide guitar. Reasonably priced, this is an excellent complement to EAG, and offers a sound that you really don't find anywhere else.

Finally, I have to give a nod to Pettinhouse's acoustic guitar product. Good sound and a nice strummer. Check out the vids on his site.

Cheers

I know it's not exactly what you're looking for, but you can create very nice accompaniments with our loops.

Download the free instrument to get an idea of how the patterns are mapped.

Listen to the songs on the product page to hear what you get.

Best of luck!

Another option is Acoustic Lite by Realitone. It's normally $39, but we have it on sale right now for $29.

Although I can't say they give you a lot of variants of the guitars themselves, I do think the strum feature is not too bad on the AAS Strum Acoustic and Strum Electric.
For the sound itself, I personally like the Indiginus Acoustics and the Delta is one of my favorites.

Check out these two new Vir2 Acou6tics demos - made with the 1.1 update which will be released soon. It's an incredibly detailed mockup of Baden Powell's Solitude On Guitar by Przemyslaw Kopczyk. The background hiss/ambience you hear, by the way, is added as an effect to mimic the original recording even more.
