I need to master a psy-mininimal track (like Who is afraid of detroit) or something like that. Who should I choose if I want the best mastering? I want also that my track goes on analog tape machine and back. How much costs that and who should I pick? The price should be Less than 100€.
I was thinking of Robert Babicz.... do you know someone who is specialized for minimal?

I would suggest checking over on gearslutz, there is a mastering forum there, I have seen prices as cheap as $20 (usd) but I am not familiar with the quality.

Unless you see it happening. How would you know its been on tape and back? There are some very convincing tape plugs around now.
