Play it loud.

I've tried remastering it for MORE LOUDNESS (cause that's how to be "commercial," right?) but am over my soundcloud upload limit so for now it'll have to be slightly quiet.

Ukulele House? What's next Accordion Dubstep? (I probably shouldn't give you any ideas.)
I like the verse. Classic 9K. It's the same verse twice. First arranged for uke, then for piano. I preferred the piano but both are good.
Then there's that chorus. That sidechained, Nintendo thumping you kids call dance music. Suffice it to say, it doesn't do much for me but I'm 700 years old and grumpy. Anyway it's late and it's time to drink my prune juice so I'll sign off now. Good night.

Thank you all for the comments! I actually started this project attempting to create a tight kick drum, and thought it'd sound good juxtaposed with an acoustic instrument. The uke part is already ahead of the grid, so pulling it back would probably make it sound out of time. I see where you're coming from with the mushy transients, though. I was hesitant to compress the uke, though, as I wanted it to sound natural in contrast. Glad you liked the vocals.
