No. According to Edward Spiegel's posts on the UILIST, they'll start working on fixing Metasynth & XX once they've released ArtMatic 6 & Voyager 3. . .which hasn't happened yet.

?? What's wrong with it? Admittedly I've mostly used the Effects Room since installing it on the laptop with Mavericks, curious to know?

Initial test and the color picker seems to be working fine.

Color picker issue is fixed and, overall so far so good. (10.9.1)

MetaSynth 5.4 has been released and is Mavericks-compatible.
