Recommendations for Low Cost USB Interface?

Hi Everyone,

I am looking for a good, low-cost (less than $100) USB interface that includes instrument, XLR and midi inputs. I see that the Tascam US144MKII and the M-Audio M-Track 2-Channel Portable USB interface can both be had for less than $100. Does anyone have any experience (good or bad) with these? Any other recommendations would also be appreciated.

Alesis i04 is a good cheap audio/midi interface, I use it.
