This is a wonderful semi-ambient piece from "Drums Between the Bells".

I really what Eno has done with the spoken words in this - a crystal-clear recording on the first pass with minor tweakage, then slowed down and heavily processed on the second. I suppose I could ask what the hell he did, but I'd rather just enjoy the results.
