Buy Maschine 2.0 upgrade and sell my old licenses?

Hello all,

If I understood correctly Maschine 2.0 (software only) comes with Massive and Reaktor Prism licenses including an E-voucher, is it right?

I currently have Maschine 1.8 software, which came with a Massive license, so I will have both?
Same problem with Reaktor Prism that I bought for sale a few weeks ago.

So would it be possible to buy the upgrade for 99, and sell second hand licences of my previous Massive and Prism? So it will cost me almost nothing, or do I miss something?

No, if you upgrade the licenses are tied.

You can sell prism since it was a different purchase.
