Snapping bug in 1.0.7

When only relative snapping is on and clip or note has an offset everything works as expected. But when clip or note is already aligned to grid there is no snapping at all! It's strange behaviour and makes no sense for me.
In addition snapping to objects works only in the arranger and has no effect in detail editor although such a function is also there.
