This "amazing bassline" is present in half of all electronic / progressive tracks ever made. Just square wave with proper envelopes.

This. Though I'm hearing a pulse wave with around 25% duty cycle myself, but that's something you can experiment with. The main thing is the filter envelope closing down on the sound rapidly. This is really one of the simplest and most effective bass sounds synthesis has to offer.DJ Warmonger wrote:This "amazing bassline" is present in half of all electronic / progressive tracks ever made. Oooh no, we're not digging through presets for you. YOU search for it if you want to find it as a preset. This is the Sound Design forum where we talk about, you know, actually working at sound design. Failing that, you could try posting in the Soundware forum, someone might have a similar sound in a preset pack they're selling.Nunis wrote:DJ Warmonger wrote:This "amazing bassline" is present in half of all electronic / progressive tracks ever made. Whoever wants music instead of noise, joy instead of pleasure, soul instead of gold, creative work instead of business, passion instead of foolery, finds no home in this trivial world of ours.
