Not to be taken too seriously.

So, what's your favourite plug-in GUI?

Here's my TOP5:

1. Valhalla Vintage Verb (80's mode) - My all time favourite GUI. Beautiful colours, nice Miami Vice feeling. I can feel it coming in the air tonight...

2. Waves RS56 - Big, nice colours, same time modern and retro. Cool VU meters.

3. Slate Digital VTM - Yes, I like it BIG!

Also very nice VU meters, easy to use.

4. IK Multimedia T-RackS Classic - Metallic shiny yellow, cannot resist...

5. Softube Tonelux Tilt - Very compact, smooth buttons.

I love Valhalla's and TDR's : super elegant GUI and great workflow (and fantastic sound of course).
A tad off topic as it´s a synth, not an effect, but Madrona Labs Aalto has the finest GUI in my opinion.

I like Voxengo. And the built-in Cubase effects. Worst: Reaper's FX plugins.

No such (the main thing lack freezes etc and well readable fonts).
But there are unloved GUIs, is all that is connected with SynthMaker, rather with its standard convex pseudo-3d graphical elements. It`s a strange dislike.
(At the same time, SynthEdit and their archaic interfaces I consider totally ok.)

I crack out the generic Synthedit GUIs when I want to reminisce about '98.

Favourite GUI, probably DIVA, it's just... knob sex

Best Effects GUI's:

1.- All fabfilter, specially Saturn and Pro q
2.- All valhalla, VVV specially

The moyority of plug in devs choose horrible skeumorphic designs.

Aalto also has a very nice and intuitive GUI.
