...project -- Herodotus Sessions - featuring kvr's own herodotus on drums.
Pumpkin (240 bpm)
Alone (220 bpm)
Monster (96 bpm)
Honey Cream Queen (90 bpm)
10 Jun 2014: best songs are probably 'alone', 'monster', and 'honey cream queen'. 'pumpkin' is the most 'uneven' of the setlist...

I just played Monster. The first thing I noticed here was the mix. You've done a great job with the relative levelling. It's very clear, balanced and everything seems to "cut through". Cool song too.
Good work

thanks seismic... maybe toneboosters plug-ins are helping tighten up some of these mixes...

10 Jun 2014: over time, remixed most of these tunes... snare on 1st mix of 'monster' seemed overly loud. tried to reduce that. tried to add 'more bass/drums' to 'alone'...
'pumpkin' is probably the most 'uneven' of the setlist. the other 3 seem to 'groove' more/better. ymmv
oh, i definitely like herodotus' drumming in general...

Hey mrblitz, I really like 'Honey Cream Queen'. Wild vocals... Brings a smile to my face. It's wonderfully off kilter!
