The track had a vocal sample in it, yes..
But I purchased it so there's no legal issue, I can use it which ever way I want..
Anyone know a reason to stop the label allowing the release...
Record label say they can't release my track with vocal sample in ?

not always, depends on the agreement from the vendor.... its quite possible the sample itself is illegal to even sample and sell to you.ranger3 wrote:I can use it which ever way I want..
where did you get it?
if its totally legit, send the company details of where it came from, who you bought it from and details ot the terms and conditions from the vendor

I bought it from a major sample/patches online store...very well know..
