Seems to be the perfect environment for making industrial music... :hihi:

I was some hours into nature yesterday and today (a bit windy today here, unfortunately, but quite sunny...) - Nature always help me to relax, and when I hear some birds singing and see all the mountains (including Zugspitze), I'm happy again. Just sit and listen, without mp3 player...

My stomach is pretty healthy, got over some stuff. It's a bit hot though, not looking forward to the classic Phoenix-hot weather.

I dont blame you...t's almost 80° here in New England but at least it's dry. Yesterday was about the same but the dew point was in the mid 60s but I am trying my very best not to put the AC's on until June 1st...I'm not looking forward to the humidity of summer here either :)

Today on mother's day my beautiful Denise, we have a lot to celebrate for mother's day because our little girl is now 18 and she keeps making us very proud. I'm a lucky man to be surrounded by the love that abounds in my life. I also had a wonderful talk with my mother who is on vacation on the island of Martha's Vineyard. She goes to the island twice a year and this year the weather has been really nice, she enjoys it there before and after the tourist season. She sounded very well, the trip always rejuvenates her for which I am always thankful.

Now for the record the wedding has not happened yet but things are still on track though perhaps a little delayed (hey, we've been together 17 plus years what's another month or two). We've had our share of unexpected and expected additional expenses (prom stuff for one) but that's how it goes. We'll get there :)

Happy Mother's day :)

well after three days of 80° plus (f) tomorrow is going to stay in the upper 50s to lower 60s, Saturday the humidity was up and carrying 200 dollars worth of groceries upstairs had me sweating buckets so bring on the cooler temps. I had to laugh though because the noon news said tomorrow is going to be cold  50° nights all summer would really make me happy, great sleeping weather :tu:

I miss New England weather. We have central air here (pretty much everyone does), but I miss just sleeping with the window open, it feels so much better than AC.

I have AC too, but opening my window sucks because it's too loud, I have to slam the window to close it again, and it's going to make my psychotic cat go nuts.

Nevertheless, am happy because I got a good night's sleep, just in time as my cat had to wake me up at the first light.

the edge of a huge thunderstorm just went over my house ... saw some lightening, but no rain. I love this kind of changable weather. :)

Listening to a Michael Jackson radio, and I'm still impressed which great voice he had! The only artist who could sing, breath and shout at the same time!

And the songs are still great, even 20 or 30 years later! 8)

today everything has made me happy, I have had a pretty nice day (even if the Bruins did play terrible last night). I got an email from my daughter at school saying her cell phone was broken and I thought "here we go" but I was in the grocery store with my wife2b and I thought I would call my daughter just for the heck of it and she answered...I thought I was going to be buying her a new phone (this one she has had a while) but all is well there too. :)

Paul "Lies from the pit of Hell" Broun is going to lose big in the Republican Senatorial primary here in Georgia. Ha - pissed all that money away for 14% of the troglodyte Republican primary vote.

Unfortunately, he still holds his House seat (and, awfully enough, his seat on the House Science committee) and I don't vote in that district.

Of course, ANY Georgia Republican is going to be an evil, ignorant savage from the pit of Hell. Broun was just particularly loathsome.

I'm sure GA is as bad as SC where I live. There are some evil, petty-minded bigots in government here and very few voices of dissent whenever they open their mouths and spew their vile prejudices.
