Sounds like sorta hardsync on any waveform to me.Neon Breath wrote:What is a fractal resonance oscillator? Never heard that before...

We're working on itNielzie wrote:Hmmm am I the only one who thinks the knobs are a little small and the GUI could use a little bit more color?
The UI is really only 5% bigger than Diva's at the same resolution. We've made the knobs smaller and gave it a bit of space so to give your eyes some rest. A patch in this version is much easier to understand than in the old alpha, where everything screamed for attention all the time. Naturally, Bazille's new UI is best used at larger scales. That's also because it's not so much a synth that one would tweak casually. It's a synth to immerse into, something to patch away.
When Basti (our UI designer) isn't occupied by Presswerk design, he works on an alternative "gearporn skin" for Bazille which has *all* parameters on the front and which resembles the old interface a bit. That one is going to be huge though

I noticed last night the sizing seemed odd on windows with ableton. I set it to 1 above normal and that ended up cutting off the bottom because it was too large. This was with running at 1920x1080. I guess the addition of the windows header to the vst window made it too large

We'll have steps in-between, I hope before beta testing ends.ezelkow1 wrote:I noticed last night the sizing seemed odd on windows with ableton. (but I can't possibly support the leaked version… it doesn't come with all the information necessary to put things into perspective)

And those are just some of the new features... a lot has been added from the Alpha version...Bronto Scorpio wrote:It does have Zero Delay Feedback filters. One could even fit more exciting buzzwords in there, as they sound amazing!
I used the old version of Bazille a lot, It has basically been my only source for drums and a lot of other stuff for years now.
The new version is even better though. The new filters may actually be my favorite filters ever, and I'm not just talking about software here. They sound quite unique and aren't just another emulation of something we already heard a million times before.
The new features, like the mapping generators and the loopable envelopes are awesome too!
The range of sounds Bazille can produce now is quite amazing, it excels at clean digital stuff as much as at "fat" analog-ish sounds.

I really like the GUI better than the last two the style and colour is what I was expecting. Very vintage doctor who tone to it I've been getting into ACE more recently and wished I could make the GUI larger without it going blurry. I hope one day we can click a button and the GUI goes full screen and uses all the pixels on my screen, stays sharp.
The vintage hardware scope is a really nice touch I want one for ACE, Zebra and DIVA now

FYI, you can disable forums you're not interested in. But given your track record I doubt that's what you want in the first place.pinkpanther wrote:Can't wait for the week before beta, beta, pre-release, release and hotfix threads to come!!!
I'm really looking forward to the release. I only wished I had more time to play with all the great stuff
