Hey Jealousy - Gin Blossoms
Catchy riff, great drums, I relate to the lyrics a lot.
Everyday Glory - Rush
A song that reminds me to keep going.
The Adventure - Angels and Airwaves
You may laugh but Tom Lord-Alge does a pretty good job with this interesting side project of Blink 182.
2112: Overture / Temples of Syrinx - Rush
A story told through music with Neil Peart at the drums!

"I want you back."
It's the perfect pop song. About lost teenage love, it's sad, but catchy and upbeat with a great hook.
Michael Jackson convincingly performed this when he was 11 years old. And 40+ years, it still holds up.
But more than that, the song itself is a very well constructed piece that stands on it's own. I have a Spotify playlist with something like 60 covers of just this song in all different genres. And for some reason, I never tire of listening to it.

Favourite is a pretty fluid thing for me as a lot of the stuff I listen to isn't really comparable. How can I say a glitched-up dancefloor banger is better/worse than an old gospel tune? The track below is one that immediately jumps out though. I can't really think of another that's given me more pleasure/pain/everything recently. It's as strange and beguiling as it is moving.
