I'd describe it as techno with a touch of dubstep (the wobble bass). Vocal sounds like its from a reggae track ... yelloman maybe?

I'd say ragga/dancehall, more like 90s than 2000s.. So reggae, yea. I can't put my finger on the vocalist, sounds familiar but I can't name him.. Good ol' Shabba Ranks? Cutty Ranks? I don't know.
