How do I find out at what value the rate mod effects the sync?

For instance at 1/8, would a Rate of +1.0 = 1/16?

And how would I modulate toward 1/8T? +0.3 isn't getting there.

Yes (simply tested).

Just did a quick test - it's about (but not exactly) +0.58

BTW it's fun working out how to design an experiment to answer questions like these - try it!
