Yesssss, with AutoCAD full you can create a LISP program (like C++) with a simple text editor and save *.lsp; with lisp you can create macros, simple or very complex programs that draw line, polyline, circle... but lisp contain also math operators and you can write and read files....
I've studied the structure of wav files and re-created with lisp that output wav files directly from autocad...
