Class act these 2
How much do you know already? Can you create a prog psy kick and bass line? Do you need help with the basics, or this precise sound?
For the bass line, try this tutorial (it's for a Neelix track but the basic principal is the same):

Peace,
Andy.

I know some but not all. I think i can get the sound of the bass, but the kick doesn't seem to get enough "umph". Maybe some hints on how to mix kick and bass together.

If you want easy prog / psy kicks with a minimum of effort check out either of these plugins:
EKS Pro by Synapse Audio - http://www.synapse-audio.com/ekspro.html
Kick Synth by Sonic Academy - http://sonicacademy.com/kick
You'll need to EQ the kick and bass line parts so that the right frequency range is emphasised without masking the other part. It's different for each new combination of kick and bass. This tutorial is a great place to start for that:

Getting the volume balance right between the kick and bass is critical, otherwise the groove is lost.
The video I posted above will get you the bass sound, but you'll need to use side chain compression (or any similar technique e.g. LFO to control volume). This will help define the groove. More compression is used to glue the sounds together but don't over do it or everything will sound very flat and lifeless.
Peace,
Andy.

BazzISM is also worth a try. Not really into the prog-world that much, but it's perfect for the hard-punching nightpsy-style baselines, so might fit for prog too if you look for that massive kick-ass-drum
