Develop Multi Tone Generator

Hello, not sure where to put this...

I´m looking for somebody willing to develop a pretty simple multi tone generator, an idea which is based on the app I have attached picture of.
The difference is that I want:
1. Be able to turn on random frequency modulation on each frequency
2. A "randomize all" feature so that all settings are set at random instantly.
3. Frequency range from 0.1 - 22 000 HZ
4. Play the tones in random "rotor mode", each activated tone is played at random one-at-a-time, like in a 'variable pulse' fashion with speed control, if you can speed up the rotation tremendously all tones become like one "fuzzy" tone yet with random variables within
