Can't activate Shreddage II

Hey folks, so I just bought Shreddage II, unzipped the files, loaded up the library on Kontakt 5 and inputted the serial number given to me through e-mail. NI's Service Center confirms the serial number is correct, but when I click Activate the action never completes, with "Activating product" perpetually looping in my screen. I left it there for a good half an hour for good measure, but I'm pretty sure there's something iffy going on. What gives?
