You're right. Odd that it's not featured on their product page tho'.
Be careful. I have ERA but it only runs in FL. Neither Reaper, Live, EnergyXT or Chainer.

Otherwise it's a wonderful and very deep tool!

Thought you could have 8 CCs?
You're right. :tu:

It runs perfectly in all the hosts I use including Ableton Live and EnergyXT

May I ask what OS? Mine is Win7 64bit.

Honestly I've tried them all (see above) with no luck. *scratches head*

Very good simple sequencer.
Thanks for the tip.

Another one that shares some similarities with stepbeater and not enough people are aware of is Sequencer Megababy which can be loaded into non-Reaper hosts via ReaPlugs:
First install http://www.reaper.fm/reaplugs/
Then I recommend this "NM" version of Megababy which improves upon the feature set:
http://stash.reaper.fm/v/20869/seq%20megababy%20nm
(Place that file in \AppData\Roaming\REAPER\Effects\MIDI. Sorry, not sure where it goes on a Mac)

Once installed you should see a ReaJS VST. Open it up and choose Load -> Midi -> seq megababy
Click on Edit to see the available commands.

There's a learning curve but it's worth it IMO...

Era works like a charm on:
ableton live 8 and 9
energy xt 1 &2
tracktion 2,3,4
mulab
Podium.
I use win 7 64bits.

For megababy it seems good too :)
Also the new sequencer mode in tracktion 5 is a killer too .
Or you can use frutty loops vsti who is a really good sequencer.

Ah i have forgotten this killer arp /sequencer harmony and many stuff (probably the best on Windows) and it's free :)

But Fruity misses the first note when loaded as a vsti, it's not perfect unfortunately. Same in rewire mode

We'd all be using it otherwise!

Doesnt for me an many other users.

Just tried it in T5, Live and S1 32bit with a kick on the first beat.
It plays it on all subsequent loops but silence on the first beat when hitting play.

Only In SonarX3 did it actually play the first beat when hitting play.

Yes, but you can go and delete anything you dont want to use.
Eg audio files, plugins etc

Has anyone mentioned RaxnTrax (same Dev as Modulys) yet?
The closest thing to Numerlogy for PC in VST and standalone formats
http://www.raxntrax.com/rnt2/

From Algoarts for free, not a VST, theres Bankstep and Softsep
http://www.softpedia.com/get/Multimedia ... Step.shtml
http://download.cnet.com/SoftStep-MIDI- ... 77386.html

Bankstep lets you configure your own step sequencers and Softstep goes even deeper
