You only need to pay the student tutition fee, which for example in the UK is at least £6000 per annum
Wow, it's crazy expensive ! That said, you should have to pay your student tutition fee AND the full price. So... bargain bargain bargain.

I have not read all 106 posts, so please forgive me if this is already common knowledge:

Are the Instrument Expansion Pack instruments installable on a Receptor? I sure would like to use Velvet when I gig...

Thanks for your help.

We do not support any kind of license transfer or have a policy on the matter. We hope that when you buy our plugins, you buy them for life.

So no upgrade from me and I can't sell my Vacuum Pro
Nor do they seem to offer a refund or at least the sales department haven't answered me for almost three weeks.

Love the old AIR products and Vacuum. Bought Vacuum Pro. It was far from the same sound and synth as Vacuum, so if you're looking for a polyphonic Vacuum, you'll prolly be disappointed.

I bought Transfuser and Hybrid second hand, but at the time AIR was owned by Avid.

I missed out when they offered me an upgrade of 149.99 for owning several AIR products when they first left Avid. I wasn't in the market then and wanted to wait until they had more of their products as VST since I have moved away from ProTools.

I actually own everything in the original IEP, but just bought it separately, so don't qualify for an upgrade.

They are good instruments, but nothing I can't live without or find something that can do it just as well that I already own.

They need to stop thinking like Avid, believing people will have to continue to purchase regardless of how they are treated because it's an "industry standard" product.
We would be happy to honor previous upgrade offers if you contact us :)

Gotta say, I had a coupon problem twice yesterday (once because of my own action) and I got right through to a real person who was actually helpful at AIR and...Simon sbangs_air got back to me via email with a coupon code in 10 min!

I do expect to keep these plugs...great stuff

I've got it running in my 32bit Live 9... it does come with both 32 and 64bit version.

Just saw this-thank you!

I recant all of it, as it was whiny, bitchy, and obviously untrue.

I also purchased Loom during the last sale...shortly after I made that snotty comment. I am such a hypocrite. :oops:

I did try to contact through the site, but was running into trouble--but I think you guys have fixed those problems. Really enjoying Loom, and even hopped back into PT to relive Vacuum and Hybrid. I will probably end up upgrading to the full suite soon.

This crow is tasty.

By far...one of the most mediocre video demos to date.It's just some guy basically hitting a single note,making some arbitrarily minor tweaks and spending nearly 12 minutes doing it.

In my opinion,a terrible injustice to the immense sonic attributes to this synth.Certainly not convincing to anyone that really wants a demo for download.

This vid goes a bit deeper and although there is some narration in it,it's still a reasonably revealing demonstration;

A similar video,but at greater depth that showcases the Vacuum Pro quite well;

If you talk about my video
It's not a video to take presets one by one but I make it for testing the oscillator. The different sounding of the oscillator
If you show the rest of the video, you see that they are a melodies for filter tests
