How about put the bypass button at bottom?
The thing is if the pluggin's panel is big, there is always a good chance it will block the bypass button. Since there is no bypass button on the pluggin's panel like Logic Pro, so I think it will be very helpful if it is at bottom. That way you don't have to move the panel around to access the bypass button.

Id like to have a bypass button on the inspector/mixer, often times ill have the inspector open while I'm mixing or editing and I keep wishing there was a button to bypass plug ins on the inspector/mixer so we wouldn't have to go to the device panel all the time
