Keep in mind that I use Mulab primarily for recording audio, not sequencing.
Render selected parts as new sample. I love this, but it would be even more useful if you could render pre-fx.

Also, it seems to create stereo even if the track is mono. I would much rather it follow the existing format, at least if the FX are all off.
