It's an arpeggiator but they added a chorder with the 1.4 update. It is actively developed.

Thanks for the replies, I appreciate it.

Cthulhu seems to be the best tool out of the lot......I was concerned about it working properly in my Sonar X3 64-bit DAW, but a fellow user confirmed it integrates very well once the routing is setup correctly.

I'll test out the Demo and see how this works out.
