IRCAM Lab TS for Windows. A new time-stretching / pitch-shifting tool with apparantly a better processing quality than ever. A Windows version will be available soon which is going to be free if you bought the Mac version. There's an attractive introductory price now but no way to demo it when you don't have a MacMachine. Once the Windows version is available to try and decide there's probably no special intro price anymore. :roll:
