Browsing through presets with keyboard-only?

Is there a way to conveniently browse through Bitwig-device presets by using keyboard only? If I select a device from the browser, then choose the first preset in the list, hit enter, I can't hit down-arrow and hit enter again to choose the next preset. This is because Bitwig changes the focus to the device it just added.

Any tips?

I usually browse through presets in the macro panel of the device and use the arrow keys with the mouse.
Sorry, don't know a way to do what you look for with keys only.
