toms multi controll

i am using Toms multi-controll and i am quiet happy, but i miss something.
First of all i need the standard Midi-ProgramChange-Order.

And then i want it for one or more exclusive Midi-Channels, not for all 16 in one script.

So i tryerrored a little bit in it and yeah, i could change the transmitted CC-ranges, but the channel-question or the ProgramChange-Order is to high for my skills.

Please, could someone write the lines i need and offer it here (with a description where to (re)place in)?
