Oh, yes, now I understand. Thanks.
Senior moment
TBH I would find that a waste of energy. I'd likely not care for the color chosen and choose my own anyway. Like i do with the drab gray.
Carry on
More nice color pics please
Happy Musiking

I can understand that. Its just that I spend 15 minutes trying to decide what colour it should be. Most of the time when I'm noodling, I just want them different colours so I can follow along the track easier. When I'm making a full track I do tend to stick to a set colour scheme.

This sounds like a serious problem, also I can fully understand this plight, I suffer from the same.goatgirl wrote:Its just that I spend 15 minutes trying to decide what colour it should be.
I don't mid random stuff because as tracks evolve I have a color scheme as well with reds and rhythm, blues and bass, green like leads and purple likes pads.
But, just having a color to contrast from the last immediately really helps my flow.

My contribution to the colors in these pages.
Colored noodles for goatgirl
Enjoy
I hope that's what you meant or am I having another senior moment?
Happy Musiking!

mine is always orange by default which I instantaneously switch to white. it'd be nice to have it white or whatever dark color you got by default.
it's funny, I love colors and especially vibrant ones, but there's something about Bitwig's GUI that just makes me use only two tone, the rest are ... no gord

Sometimes is a big deal, I get quite... umconfortable... if a think the color doe snot match the "intention" of the track content. Be it chords, melodies, Fxs, colors have to reflect that. Is really easy way of getting distracted by most important task, at least for a beginner like me. Maybe the longest time I have spent on it would be 3-4 max. Lately, I have found a color scheme wich I like a lot.
Thats a really fancy train btw. Glamorous.
Edit: Oh man, now I want some gummybears or something alike.

Well, I have just seen a reply from the Bitwig guys and have been informed that this is in fact a bug. So enjoy the boring gray while it lasts, as it won't be around for ever

Hehe If it wasn't a bug, it would have gone against all that Bitwig's color palette stood for. Good so maybe by beta 7, we will see that fixed.goatgirl wrote:Well, I have just seen a reply from the Bitwig guys and have been informed that this is in fact a bug. I was born in Seattle, lived there for my first 20 years. So that makes about 15-17 years clouds and/or rain. When I moved to New Hampshire, I had to get used to the sun, I am not kidding.goatgirl wrote:I'm a strange soul...
