hello all, i'm having problem with this freeware bit box vst

i doesnt make any sound on cubase 4.5.2 build, what might be the problem?...i found this comment but i dont understand it either what must be done to make this vst work..
"There's no sound, you can't embed samples w/CK modules. You'll need to stick the wavs in the sem folder created, link to it in SE prefs."

would be nice if anyone could help me

You just need to redownload it, I think he tried to embed the "cki" files which are waves inside a ck sample thing.

I redownloaded and it was there, and worked. Cool plug, especially since Odo has gone to the land of wind and ghosts.

You can either try to find his Myspace page for the updated version, Wayback machine it if possible, or see if any website has sort of harvested his link/file and has it?

Someone here may have the working version also.

Note in FLStudio it only registers on C4, C#4, D4 and D#4.

Lol that old comment just meant that he wasn't actively putting out plugins at the time. He's since came back-there's his website and another one which hosts all his older stuff.

The new ones are good, C64 type stuff & drums.

Wind & ghosts was from the Simpsons, on a weird Japanese commercial where they "banish dirt to the land of wind & ghosts", I think it's the one where Mr.Sparkle brand looks like Homer's head.

Hi thanks, but this is the version I already downloaded. It does not produce any sound in Cubase 5. And that's how I ended up in this topic in the first place. I also visited the author's MySpace page but there's no link there

Yeah I found out the same in Cubase 5 however no sound. Anyone can help me to get it working or point to a working download?

How do you know which notes they are assigned to Cubase if you can't hear them, or is there an indicator that shows the sound is there ?

Its written on it and they light up when the right notes are played. Anyone?
