Hosts, like I always say, very frustrating. Like you said, it's not the same for everyone. BUT, it's always the same for me. I wish it was me.

its mostly down to the power settings in windows ass well set a power plan to high performance and you will see a great improvement

I have been schooled to believe cpu and audio dsp usage are different.
Audio apps, ie.DAWS utilise dsp capability, not cpu per se.
So you will find- that when FL is saying you are using 80%,
and the cpu is saying 20%, you will still experience buffer underruns.
FL delivers the DSP capacity value
