I would like to use and customize the MEqualizer & MDynamicEQ Area visualisation function.
I can add and edit a Area-Preset, so i can define areas and these will be shown.
But the areas are not recallable. This means i see no dedicated save function. The preset itself will be listed but the content is not saved.
MDynamicEQ is a demo but stated as "Full functional".
Whats wrong?

I don't understand, you say you can edit them, you can save them as presets, so what's missing?? I just checked, it's possible to save them with a project, save them as presets, load them as presets...

Hmmm, I checked and it seems working correctly. What OS and host are you using?

Absolutely intuitive, otherwise the presets would be overwritten every time I change anything. Or did I misunderstand?
NB, instead of [Replace] you can click [Add] to add a new one with whatever name you want.
