Increments of 10 means 10, 20, 30, 40 etc... in my book. I guess nobody would mind an increase of 20 or 30 (as it also says "minimum increase $ 10"). It's just that the rules are meant to prevent chaos, where people add 12, 23 or whatever.

I think it was more ment in the sense that your bid should be 10 or a multiple of it...
