yap, it only handles samples with "tame" headers. the file i/o is really basic because i wanted to write nice loop functions for a sampler not write file i/o

u can even modulate the loop-brackets with your Mod-wheel

yes i know you can change the start position with a mouse, but im trying to control it with a midi controller, and u can not assign CC to that orange line. I tried in ableton and XT.

Via Nuances modulation matrix, you can assign a modulation source (including mod wheel) to Start position. This affects the sample start position at the moment it is triggered.

If you have a loop set, you can also modulate the Loop length in realtime (ie while it is looping) again via the modulation matrix.
